While these items are dispatched in 1 Flat packed package, You will receive full colour assembly instructions, included with every item. This workbench is very easy to assemble, using only the M8 bolts (supplied) & a 14mm spanner or socket.
About the MDF Topped Heavy Duty Workbench.
All parts are glued & screwed for extra strength.
Solid & hardwearing wooden workbench. This range of workbenches are built with an 18mm MDF top, hence their smooth finish, no visible screws in the top and lower price. Whilst the top does differ from the more expensive version, most importantly, they also feature the same sturdy base. These workbenches are made with construction grade 4×2 tantalised, imported and slow grown FSC certified timber. .
Because all of our workbenches will be 89cm/35″ (height) by 64cm/25″ (width), please select your required length when purchasing.

I ordered a 6ft bench on Sunday evening and it arrived on Tuesday morning. I was well impressed with it. Wasn’t sure, being a 60 year old woman, whether I would be able to put this together, especially on my own, but it was easy. The bolts just slotted into the pre drilled holes and half an hour later I had myself a beautiful bench in my art room. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a real sturdy workbench. The service and product are excellent.

This is the third workbench I have purchased from Wells timber products. These are good quality products and will certainly outlive me! They are very easy to assemble with all fasteners supplied with the bench. The first thing I do once assembled is to apply two coats of varnish to give a wipe clean surface. These benches are great value for money and would recommend to anybody without hesitation. Very rapid order processing and delivery. Would never go anyware else for a bench.
