Easy ordering process and super fast delivery. However the tables came on a pallet, which made it tricky at delivery point, as we don’t have a forklift or pallet truck. Thankfully, the Tuffnells driver knew the local area and borrowed a pallet truck to lift them from his truck.
The tables are very sturdy and should last a good few years.

Having looked at wooden picnic benches sold by some familiar national stores and read some of their negative reviews which mentioned such things as poor load-bearing capabilitie, flimsy construction and poor value for money, I decided to extend my online search a bit further. A very well designed and very solid picnic bench. We had earlier admired a bench in a neighbour’s garden — mainly on account of its nicely rounded edges and solid build — and learned that it had come from Wells Timber in Hampshire. We researched all other possibilities on the internet but couldn’t beat this one, so we put in our order. It arrived within a couple of days, which we felt was pretty amazing given that we live in NE Scotland. The construction was straightforward with all holes pre-drilled, and screws, nuts and bolts supplied with instructions.
