MDF Topped Heavy Duty Workbench

New handmade heavy duty workbench with a strong and smooth finished 18mm MDF top.

In addition to the workbench parts, You will receive full colour assembly instructions, which we provide with all of our products. Due to the simplicity of the instructions, assembly of this MDF topped heavy duty workbench is very easy. We provide the required M8 bolts and as a result, all that you’ll need is a 13mm spanner or socket.

Rather than simply screwing these together, we ensure that all parts are both; glued & screwed, for extra strength. Most noteworthy is that due to being screwed from the underside, you will have an attractive, smooth finished surface.

We build these products to be solid & hardwearing. Customers will receive a very high quality workbench made with construction grade 4×2 tantalised, imported slow grown FSC certified timber with an 18mm Smooth MDF top surface.

While these items are dispatched in 1 Flat packed package, You will receive full colour assembly instructions, included with every item. This workbench is very easy to assemble, using only the M8 bolts (supplied) & a 14mm spanner or socket.

All parts are glued & screwed for extra strength.

Solid & hardwearing wooden workbench. This range of workbenches are built with an 18mm MDF top, hence their smooth finish, no visible screws in the top and lower price. Whilst the top does differ from the more expensive version, most importantly, they also feature the same sturdy base. These workbenches are made with construction grade 4×2 tantalised, imported and slow grown FSC certified timber. .

Because all of our workbenches will be 89cm/35″ (height) by 64cm/25″ (width), please select your required length when purchasing.

Ordered the 4’ mdf topped workbench. Arrived next day as promised. Assembled today really easy as per instructions. Fits in shed perfectly. Will be fitting vice tomorrow. Great service from Wells Timber would recommend

I ordered a 6ft bench on Sunday evening and it arrived on Tuesday morning. I was well impressed with it. Wasn’t sure, being a 60 year old woman, whether I would be able to put this together, especially on my own, but it was easy. The bolts just slotted into the pre drilled holes and half an hour later I had myself a beautiful bench in my art room. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a real sturdy workbench. The service and product are excellent.
